A thriving career in many different companies, Green Timber Technology was pleased to welcome Jonathan Key to the team. Jonathan is the Chartered Institute of Building NSW Chair and holds a senior position within a Tier 1 company.
Naciye Yucel
Product & Design
Over 10 years of design experience Naciye is an architect fascinated about a conceptual design and creating innovative solutions to some of the world's strictest challenges. Naciye has strong background in architectural design in the residential and commercial sector and has worked for GTT from inception.

Nick Benson
Strategy & Finance
Nick Benson an advisory board member, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained from working for both multinational and local players. Having held CFO and CSO roles previously, Nick focus is on the finance and strategic management of the business.
Paul Kremer
Manufacturing & Technology
Paul is an international Mass Timber Construction influencer and is the host of the Mass Timber Construction Podcast. Paul has been instrumental in evolving the construction market in Australia and New Zealand over several years, working specifically in the prebuild and panelized construction sector. Paul is an Associate Professor in Engineering at Deakin University and Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
Emma Loader
Project Management
Emma is an enthusiastic project manager who is eager to actively contribute to the business and solve problems that would spur change in an outdated industry. She has experience within the infrastructure industry, previously working with HINSW in the Asset Activations team, assessing facilities usefulness to local communities. ​ She is motivated and enthusiastic to contribute fresh knowledge and a creative approach to assist the business.
Emma Fell
Design Advisory
Emma obtained her Master’s of Architecture in 2019 after researching mass timber construction and designing a prefabricated envelope system using CLT. The research was awarded a New Zealand Institute of Buildings’ (NZIOB) Scholarship and gained attention in the construction industry. Emma is excited to develop her research into a realised prototype and see how the design can have a positive impact in the construction industry.
Ben Gardem
Director
Ben has a passion for building and design, having grown up in a construction based household. Ben has worked on product management and other roles mostly for tech companies, where he created new products and managed projects.
