Project: Putney
Year Completed: 2024
Summary: This riverside display home showcases the absolute potential of our kit of parts building solution. Constructed in GTT’s state-of-the-art factory, the 220 square metre home was meticulously assembled in 2D kit of parts form before being transported to its final location in northern Sydney.
Serving as the exemplary model for a larger development of 100 homes, this project embodies the architectural vision and exceptional quality of the entire community. Importantly, it also highlights the benefits of offsite construction – from consistent quality to reduced build time and minimised site disruption.
